Laura Benge

Laura and her husband Kenny chose to make Franklin their home over 27 years ago. After living in six states and two countries and having four children, they were attracted to Middle Tennessee's warm and inviting culture. It didn’t take long for Laura to quickly become an active leader in her community. Since 1995, she has served on the board of the Hard Bargain Association, an affordable housing non-profit; helped recruit volunteers for Siloam Health Clinic, a non-profit that services refugee families; and she helped found the New Hope Academy, a school that educates children of a diverse racial and socio-economic background. Over the years, Laura found a passion welcoming new families to the area and helping them connect with her vibrant community in the greater Nashville area.

That passion turned into a career when Laura became a real estate agent in 2004. Using her talent to get to know her clients and learn the unique type of home they want, Laura has helped over 200 families find their perfect homes in Nashville and its surrounding areas. She’s seen the real estate market in good times and bad times—she's helped buyers navigate competitive bids in hot neighborhoods as well as helped sellers turn their home into a top listing.

When you meet Laura, you can expect you’ll find an energetic and fun friend for life.

When she’s not helping buy and sell homes in Tennessee, she’s out with her dogs Linus and Murphy or visiting her four grandchildren who live in Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Ca. and Yakima, Wa.
